D.M. Roth, Inc. has been locally owned and operated in the Rio Grand
Valley for over 30 years.
Our goal is to help our community thrive by providing convenient
and affordable commercial warehousing for local merchants to pass
the savings on to the community.
Our office is located at 5820 N Cage Blvd. Ste. 2 in Pharr, TX 78577. We
can be reached at 956-787-0845. We are open Monday through Friday
8am to 5 pm & Saturday 8am to 12pm.
Our warehouses are located at:
5818 N. Cage Blvd, Pharr
323 E Owassa Edinburg
124 E Owassa, Edinburg
5524 S Hwy 281 Edinburg
We offer commercial warehouses with offices, a/c, restroom, tile,
electric garage doors at an affordable price. We have month to month,
6-months and yearly rental contracts. Low monthly water cost of
$12/per month and Electric is already turned and can be paid through
us directly or can be switched to your name. We have financing
available for the variety of forklifts available for sale. And we also sell
topsoil, fill dirt, caliche, asphalt, and crushed concrete.
We also have warehouses available for rent for non-alcoholic parties
and gathering.
